Order

NB Packages that are not paid for will be debited with 800 sek in returnfee this is independent of the products value. Except this Eurofinans AB will send you an invoice with 45% of the amount for both the package and the shippingcost. NB

Minimum orders are 200 sek exclusive the shippingcost, this does not concern products that can be sent as letters, eg CDs. Abroadpayment: contact us for more information concerning shippingcost, taxes and advancepayment. Payment is made through "cash on delivery". The buyer pays the shippingcost, for priceinformation contact us! Every order that is over 1500 sek has to be paid in advance with at least 50% of the original price. Orders above 20000 sek has to be paid with 100% in advance. Orders from another country than sweden needs to be 100% paid in advance!

Delivery / Shipping

If nothing unpredicted happens you should have your goods within 14 days. This only concerns the goods that we have in stock, if we have to order the goods the deliverytime can get up to 6 weeks (or even more). We send all our larger goods with "bussgods". The shippingcost differs from 139 sek to 450 sek for the larger goods. If you order more smaller products than you can assume that the shippingcost will be less than what is said in the E-shop system.

Exceptions: CDs and products that weighs below 1kg can be sent as letters, they will be debited with 69 sek in post-fee. Big products like subwoofers and speakers with a weigh over 15kg will be debited with 1000 sek in shippingcost.

Transport damage

If you discover that your package is damaged when you get it at the postoffice/busterminal, report it at once. If you discover a damage when you get home, bring the whole package back to the postoffice/busterminal and fill in a damagereport.

Returnrights and the Distance agreementact

If you´re not pleased with the product you can send it back within 14 days from deliveryday and get your money back. It is important that you have your order-id. The goods should be sent back undamaged in originalpackage with paid shipping. Before you send it back you have to get in touch with StylingKompaniet by phone to get an approval and a returnnumber. StylingKompaniet does not take responsibillity for goods that has been sent back without approval. Painted products can not be returned.

The Distance agreementact

Regretrespite
· Your regretrespite is during the first 14 days.
· If you change your mind you should get in contact with the seller within the respite.
· You don´t need to write down that you have changed your mind. But eferyone should have understood that you have changed your mind.
· You should be able to proof that you have changed your mind within the 14 days.

When does the regretrespite start?

The respite starts
· the day you recived it, or a big part of it.
· the day when an agreement about a service has been made.

If the agreement concerns a custommade product - or a product that has gotten a personal mark, the respite starts when the seller/maker has got permission to start the work. At distanceagreements you do not have the respite if:
·the service has begun during the respite with your approval.
· the price is dependent of the financialmarket eg the stockmarket.
· the goods because of its condition cant be returned.
· the agreement concerns a magazine or a newspaper.
· the agreement concerns betting or other lottery services.
· the seal has been broken on audio- or picturecaptures or pc-programs. Seal also concerns technical plombing.

When you have used your regretrespite

You are guilty to keep the goods in the same condition as you recived it. You cant use it, but ofcourse carefully examine it. If the goods is damaged or is lost because of that you are reckless you will lose the respite.

· if it concerns a product: send or give it back to the seller!
